Another new year is here, and time for New Year resolutions to begin! One of, if not the most common resolution is one for better health—diets, commitments to exercise and better self-care in general. It is possible in a number of situations that optimal health can be impeded by underlying issues that make dieting or healthy living more challenging than it actually has to be.
Candida yeast overgrowth is just such a factor!Symptoms can be seemingly non-existent, mild—gas, bloating, skin problems, or severe—headaches, vaginal yeast infections, thrush, weak immune systems, etc.In addition to adverse health effects directly related to yeast overgrowth, it can cause sugar cravings because yeast feeds on sugar. As it coats the intestinal tract, it also can interrupt nutrient absorption, creating a need to consume more food!
If you are looking at dieting in this New Year or are just striving for better general health, jump start your resolution by doing a three week yeast cleansing diet! To make it easy for you, we have taken over a week’s worth of our favorite recipes and included them in this Yeast Diet Cookbook & Meal Planning Sample Guide that you can download for FREE at the link below!

I have discovered a lot reading this blog post. Clearly good info here. Content similar to this help to make this blog site worth coming back to for more details.
This web site truly has all of the info I wanted concerning this subject and didn’t know who to ask.
Very informative. Than you for the salad dressing recipe. I have gone on this diet twice in my life. Every time I start to get close to 140 lbs I go on this diet and drop 20 lbs. I used DR Cooks book. The salad dressing that he suggust in his book is no longer being made. The first two weeks are very hard but it is worth it. I remember that last time I did this diet I had done a two week temp job and they bought a cake for the last day for thanking me for doing such a great job. I took one bite and had to excuse myself and thought I was going to throw up. The cake was just to sweet. This time I have gotten up to 150 lb my boyfriend tells me I look beautiful but I know that I will feel so much better.
