STARCHY FOODS AND I DO NOT GET ALONG…AND SO I DISCOVERED THE BEST THING THAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME THANX TO A WEB-DOCTOR….ITS WHITE VINEGAR. HAVE A CAP FULL OR TWO OF IT AND IT WILL VANISH LIKE MAGIC !!
I’m pretty sure you should not have anything fermented (mushrooms are a fungi) and any vinegar or products in vinegar, pickels, lots of canned products are packed in vengar. Let me know if am wrong.
You are correct – you will want to avoid all fermented foods like the ones you mention above. I would add all forms of alcohol as well.
What about apple cider vinegar? Can we have that?
Now I am confused. My understanding is Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother in it is good for Candida sufferers? Not products with vinegar or other types of vinegar. There is soooo much info on the web and in books that conflicts!!! I get more frustrated with the conflicting information than I do the diet!
I have been instructed no bakers or brewers yeast no alcohol no sugar. And no allergy foods. I do make my tinctures with raw organic apple cider vinegar with mother and sometimes a honey tincture
