Okay yeast fighters – one week left before our group cleanse begins on July 6th. If you are just now reading this it isn’t too late to start preparing for the 3 week yeast free diet we are tackling as a group.
In the last article we talked about using up your food stores that you can’t eat on the yeast free diet, like sugary sweets and processed foods. Continue using up those things this week and plan to finish off your fruit and dairy this week as well. We also discussed ordering your supplements and I listed what supplements I will be using. If you missed it you can find that post here: https://www.theyeastdiet.com/blog/?p=51
This week I want to focus on meal planning for the 3 weeks since that is really the key to a successful yeast free diet. I have below my three weeks worth of meals so you can see how I have each meal planned. This doesn’t account for leftovers so you may not need to cook every meal but I would rather over-prepare (I am such a planner ;)).
Don’t get overwhelmed with the planning process – have a little fun with it and use it as a time to really invest in your health. Get some ideas of the meals you would like to prepare and take your list with you to the grocery store this week. Having the meals planned will make shopping a thousand times easier (trust me).
If you want to see my full 3 week menu plan or use it as a cheat sheet for your own click on the link below to download (and save) the PDF of the meals I will be using for the upcoming cleanse. 3 Week Meal Plan

Could you send me your list of supplements, please? I know I missed the planned cleanse, but I am about to start one and any insider help would be great.
Thank you for putting this site together! It is nice to see someone is taking it seriously and isn’t trying to profit off our misery.
Thank you for your help
Hi Kimberly – in the post right before this one I listed the supplements I use for the cleanse. You can find the blog post here:

You may want to talk to your doctor about what would work well for you. Good luck!!!
