If you found this site you are most likely searching for some yeast free recipes that actually taste good and aren't too complicated to cook. The recipe below is one of my favorite yeast free recipes because it is easy (just throw it in the crock pot), it tastes delicious, and I can use the leftovers to make other meals. I hope you enjoy it!
Herb Roasted Chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 bone in chicken breasts or one whole chicken
- ½ c chicken broth (or a little more)
In a small bowl, combine 1st seven ingredients and rub over
chicken. Place in crock pot and add broth. Cover and cook on low
for 4-5 hrs. The leftover meat is great for sandwiches or
tortilla soup.
