Dear Friends,
If you found this site you are most likely searching for some yeast free recipes that actually taste good and aren't too complicated to cook. The recipe below is one of my favorite yeast free recipes because it is easy (just throw it in the crock pot), it tastes delicious, and I can use the leftovers to make other meals. I hope you enjoy it!
In a small bowl, combine 1st seven ingredients and rub over
chicken. Place in crock pot and add broth. Cover and cook on low
for 4-5 hrs. The leftover meat is great for sandwiches or
tortilla soup.
This is just one recipe from the popular "Yeast Diet Cookbook and
Meal Planning Guide" that has helped many people (including myself)
eliminate yeast overgrowth.
I highly recommend my yeast free cookbook with over 165 delicious yeast free recipes to
ensure you will never have to wonder what to make for breakfast
lunch or dinner again! Convenient e-book format for instant
