Directions: Simply click on the “Data” tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to update the dates and headings for your chart.  Each day input your severity rating for the corresponding day of the week and see how your symptoms trend up or down as you progress through the diet.

Yeast Free Diet Weight Loss

Weight loss on the yeast free diet is a goal for many people as well.  Keep yourself motivated to drop those additional pounds by keeping track of your progress using the Yeast Free Diet Weight Loss Tracker located at the link below:

Directions: Simply click on the “Data” tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to update the dates and headings for your chart.  Each day input your current weight next to the corresponding day of the week and see how your weight loss trends up or down as you progress through the diet.  Use the weight measurement from your morning weigh in each day for best results.  To update the “Weight in Pounds” range simply right click on the pounds section and click on the option for “Format Axis”.  Under the “Axis Options” type in the minimum and maximum numbers you want to use and the chart will update.
