Healthy kid snacks, recipes and ideas...
The Yeast Diet is most commonly done by adults, but sometimes it is necessary for the whole family to take part. Parents play a pivotal role in the success of their children on this cleansing diet, and perspective is one of the biggest keys. Play up the yeast diet like it's a fun challenge or an adventure that the whole family does together.
Focus on the yummy foods you can eat, and avoid complaining about the restrictions. The children will pick up on your enthusiasm, and will miss their normal favorites less. Also, keep off-limit foods out of sight to avoid unnecessary temptation.
Kids naturally tend toward sweeter foods and yeasty foods such and bread and rolls. Cutting out these items from the normal diet just makes sense and will give a healthier feel to the dinner meal.
