Going through a yeast free diet cleanse can be tough but it is important to embrace the process or you will struggle.  It is summertime so enjoy the fresh vegetables from the garden and really taste your food.  Enjoy the diet and all the natural foods you are eating.

As you progress through the diet you will start to notice your taste buds becoming more acute to certain tastes as you begin to filter out alot of the seasonings and sugar that would typically mask the natural flavors.  You will be surprised how acutely you will begin to taste the subtle flavors in your food and realize how over-seasoned most things really are.

To help keep you going I have below one of my favorite veggie juice recipes that is both refreshing and satisfying…I know you will love it.

Revive Alive

This refreshing blend of cleansing beet, sweet carrot, and succulent cucumber makes this one of our favorites.
