<description>Hi Meredith! Chili is a sensitivity for some people but you may be okay with it, I would however try to avoid dairy if at all possible. It may be a good idea to keep a journal of your symptoms so you can see if they subside once you have been on the diet for at least a few weeks. Best of luck to you!

<description>I live in India and am considering going on the yeast free diet. I am obviously concerned about being able to stick to the diet as dairy is a big part of the Indian diet. I am also concerned about spices in my diet. I know that omitting cinnamon and chilis is not possible. Will I be successful with the diet if I continue to have chili in my diet? I suffer from recurring yeast infections among other yeast related issues. The yeast infections have increased in occurrence and intensity since I moved to India. I would appreciate any guidance you can give me.

Sincerely,
