The Candida Diet resources page is now online.  Over the last several years I have had the opportunity to connect with many people and over that time we have continued to push forward with ideas, tools, and tips to help people get on the road to better health through the natural Candida Diet cleanse.

    I live in India and am considering going on the yeast free diet. I am obviously concerned about being able to stick to the diet as dairy is a big part of the Indian diet. I am also concerned about spices in my diet. I know that omitting cinnamon and chilis is not possible. Will I be successful with the diet if I continue to have chili in my diet? I suffer from recurring yeast infections among other yeast related issues. The yeast infections have increased in occurrence and intensity since I moved to India. I would appreciate any guidance you can give me.

    Hi Meredith! Chili is a sensitivity for some people but you may be okay with it, I would however try to avoid dairy if at all possible. It may be a good idea to keep a journal of your symptoms so you can see if they subside once you have been on the diet for at least a few weeks. Best of luck to you!
