About Me

My name is Whitney Frazier, founder of PbC Publishing Company and owner of TheYeastDiet.com based out of Charlotte, NC.

I am a wife, a mother and Facebook junkie. I have enjoyed being able to connect with people from all over the world through a common interest in the pursuit of natural solutions for better health.

My Journey

My journey began in 2005 when my homeopathic doctor sent me home on a three week yeast cleansing diet based on my symptoms related to Candida yeast overgrowth. The diet was so restrictive that I really struggled to stay on track even though I knew it would help. I ended up quitting one week into the diet due to poor meal planning and I was determined not to let it happen twice.

As a result of that first failure I started putting together a list of my favorite yeast free recipes that I could use on my second attempt. That list of recipes grew and eventually became The Yeast Diet Cookbook and Meal Planning Guide - an e-cookbook of recipes, resources and tips for the successful completion of a yeast free / sugar free diet.

Since then I have added dozens of recipes, a three week meal planning guide, resources to track yeast related symptoms and progress as well as the links to all my favorite online resources. This resource has helped literally thousands of people from all around the world to meet the challenges of the yeast free diet with success. Read some of their stories here.

Help and Support

It is my sincere hope that my story, the recipes, and our website will be used to help people in achieving their goals for personal health. We have set up a Facebook page with a focus on idea sharing and support where I personally respond to questions along with many others who have had success using a yeast free diet as a natural solution to better health. I hope you will join us!
